Hi everyone, I am Ismail
and the entire thing began when I was simply feeling drained.
Drained of the excess weight, tired of not spotting my reflection in the mirror, and sick of trying every fad diet on the internet like keto, fasting, carb cutting, and meal skipping, and ultimately giving up and devouring junk food at midnight.
I am neither a fitness coach nor an Instagram influencer.
Honestly, I didn’t wake up one day with some big life plan. I just got fed up — with how I looked, how I felt, and how every “quick fix” diet I tried ended in disappointment. I didn’t follow some crazy fasting routine or starve myself either. I just started figuring out what worked for me.
Little by little, I changed the way I ate — meals that actually tasted good and didn’t leave me starving an hour later. Over time, without even realizing it, I dropped around 14 kilos.
It wasn’t perfect. I had setbacks. I messed up. But I kept going. That’s what made the difference.
Days when I felt like quitting, but I conditioned myself to power through because every time I noticed mild changes — jeans fitting looser, improved energy levels, being told I looked different — I continued moving towards the version of myself I always aspired to.
It’s not just me behind this.
Yeah, I started the site — but I’m not doing it alone.
We’re a small group of folks who’ve been through it too. Each one of us struggled with weight, tried different things, failed, got back up, and figured out what *really* works in the real world.
We’re not doctors or fitness influencers. We’re just real people who’ve built better habits and wanna pass that on.

Why We Built This Site
This site isn’t about showing off six-packs or selling you some “magic” diet plan. That’s just not us — and honestly, it’s not real life either.
We built this site because we’ve been there. We’ve struggled with weight, felt stuck, frustrated, and overwhelmed by all the fake advice out there. We know how hard it is to stay motivated when nothing feels like it’s made for you.
After losing 14 kilos myself, people started asking how I did it — and the truth is, it wasn’t anything fancy. Just small, real changes that actually worked for my life. No starving. No guilt. Just better habits, one step at a time.
That’s when we realized — if we could help even a few people avoid the
crap we went through, it would totally be worth it.
